Important Payment Policy
Once payment is made, no refund will be provided because website development is a custom digital service and work/resources are allocated immediately.
Why No Refund Applies
- Project planning, consultation, domain/hosting checks and development resources start after payment.
- Custom website design, coding, content setup and technical work are service-based deliverables.
- Third-party charges such as domain, hosting, plugin, theme, payment gateway, API or server costs may be non-refundable.
Scope Instead of Refund
Where applicable, we may provide corrections, technical support or adjustments within the agreed scope. Refunds, cancellations, chargebacks or withdrawal after payment are not accepted.
Customer Confirmation
By paying any amount, advance, booking fee, quotation amount or full project amount, the customer confirms acceptance of this No Refund Policy.
