Cancellation Policy

After payment confirmation, the project is treated as booked and resources are allocated. Cancellation does not make the customer eligible for refund.

Before Payment

A customer may cancel inquiry or quotation discussion before payment without charges.

After Payment

After payment, cancellation is not eligible for refund. The customer may request scope adjustment or pause/resume as per mutual feasibility.

Non-Cooperation

If the customer does not provide content, approvals or required access, the project may be kept on hold. Delay caused by customer non-response is not treated as company delay.
